Requirements
What you need to prepare before starting your application.
- Valid government-issued ID (National ID, Voter's Card, Driver's License or International Passport)
- Recent passport-style photograph (taken within the last 6 months)
- Birth certificate or sworn declaration of age and origin
- Letter of attestation from a recognized community or family head in your Local Government Area
- Proof of indigeneship (e.g. parent's Certificate of Origin, traditional ruler's letter)
- Active email address and phone number
- Selected Local Government Area of origin
Note: All uploaded documents must be clear and readable. Accepted file formats are PDF, JPG and PNG with a maximum size of 5MB per file.
